My first new book for the 2011-2012 school year!
Conceding defeat by ill health, I retired in 2016, but in 2020, when all sane humans were hiding from humanity, I accepted a position of school librarian at Mountaineer Middle School. Now I am combining two school libraries into one collection that can meet the diverse needs of students at the new Liberty Middle School. It is a wonderful challenge that I am proud to accept.I am so glad to be back!

I was leaning on the windowsill, "surveying my domain." I reminded myself of my Uncle Darrell, who surveyed his domain while leaning over the kitchen sink. Good times.
